Laura N. Goldman, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Boston Medical Center and a clinical professor of family medicine at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Goldman trained as a Faculty Scholar at the Boston University Center of Excellence in Geriatrics and at the Stanford Faculty Development Center. She joined Boston University Family Medicine in 1988 and has been an important part of the Medical Education and Residency Programs, serving as assistant residency director, teaching and writing curriculum. She currently directs the geriatrics program and the nursing home practice for the department and continues to practice full spectrum family medicine. In 2008, she joined the Family Medicine Global Health Collaborative and has taught faculty development workshops on teaching, training, and curriculum design in Cambodia, Vietnam, and Myanmar.
