About

Hollis D Day, MD, MS, MHPE, is Chief of Geriatrics at Boston Medical Center (BMC). She is also an associate professor of medicine at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. At BMC, she helps geriatric patients and is an expert in caring for patients with dementia and/or delirium. Dr. Day performs cognitive assessments in BMC’s geriatric primary care clinic. Her research is focused on interdisciplinary team teach, inter-professional communication, and integrating geriatrics into the internal medicine curriculum at all levels of clinical professional development. She is a member of the American Geriatrics Society, the Society of General Internal Medicine, and the American College of Physicians.
